Big Sister Duties!

First of all, WOW! Look at that chip-in! When I set the $1,000 goal I really didn't know if we'd reach it but we are SO SO close! I can't say thank you enough for those of you who've donated, emailed, sent well wishes and lots of love and of course to those of you who are walking along side us on this beautiful journey! If you haven't left your address for me, please leave it in the comments section (I won't publish it)....I can't see your address unless you leave it for me because the chip-in funds go directly to Reece's Rainbow.

Mila doesn't really understand she's about to be a big sister, but she is still helping with some big sister duties already! Today she tested out a toy we bought to take to Zofia! This is one of my girls' all time ultimate favorite toys. This is the 5th one we've bought because they've worn the other ones out. This toy brings back so many memories of Zoya's adoption in particular because it was her FAVORITE toy ever. We hope Zofia will love it just as much as Zoya and Mila have!

I think it passes the Mila inspection!

"It's about to get a whole lot crazier here folks!"

Practicing her faces that will entertain her baby sister!!

  1. What a sweetheart! I am so happy for your family. I have 3 daughters and it's a very special thing. Your girls are going to have so much fun together.
My brother has cerebral palsy. He is an incredible person and the love my parents have always shown him has taught me so much about God's love. I really enjoy reading your blog and I will be praying for you as you prepare to bring your daughter home!

  3. I look at photos of Mila and cannot believe that she is the same baby a year ago. It is just amazing! The power of love is just extraordinary!
